This Monday, Hyundai Motors announced that they will launch MPV taxi model ‘STARIA Lounge Mobility’ to lead the HOV mobility service market.

HOV mobility service refers to service that offers HOVs such as buses and vans.

The vehicle was developed under cooperation of Kakao Mobility. As a result, it somehow fits well to the participants of the platform. Businesses, drivers, and service users have their needs reflected. The vehicle will be demonstrated by Kakao Venti during August.

Hyundai Motors will respond rapidly to the growing needs oh HOV mobility service by the vehicle and the platform.

The car is based on the 9-seater smart stream LPG 3.5 engine and is featured with motor operated sidestep, 17.3 roof monitor, smart power sliding door, smart power tailgate, and two lined hot wire seats to enhance comfortability. Also, FCA, LKA, BCA, LFA, smart cruise control, safe exit assistance, 3 point safety belt and headrest in all seats, and 7 airbags including rollover detecting curtain airbags are implemented to ensure safety of users.

The vehicle is sold from 39.71million won for general taxpayers and 36.1million won for duty-free person. It is only sold for platform businesses and taxi drivers.
